2024 was a big year for Good Steward Consulting, capped off by reaching the milestone of 20 GW of power in our portfolio a whopping six years early! To celebrate we asked some of our team members to write their own reflections on the growth they've seen as a Good Steward.
Abby Flatness has been a Good Steward since 2019 and has played essential roles in both the Operations and Finance Departments. She currently works as an Accounting Clerk out of our headquarters location in Albert Lea, Minnesota.
20 GW – Wow! What an incredible accomplishment to be able to celebrate as a Good Steward!
I’ve been with Good Steward for a little over five years now, and what a fantastic journey it has been! It all started with a recommendation from a friend. I sent in my resume, went through the interview, and walked out knowing this was where I wanted to plant my boots.
Fast forward five years, and I’m proud to be part of a team that has accomplished so much together. GSC is more than just a job; it’s my second home. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing each avenue of what makes GSC whole and have found my home in finance.
Here’s to all the lessons I’ve learned, the incredible friendships I’ve built, and the milestones I’ve achieved. I’m excited to see what’s ahead for both myself and GSC as we continue to grow and thrive together with GRACE!
